Child & Family Services
Supporting children and families is a cornerstone of our community commitment. One of our most meaningful traditions is the Needy Children’s Shopping Tour, where 1st Summit employees shop for warm clothing for local kids.
In addition, we partner with organizations such as Community Action Partnership agencies, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Westmont Family Counseling Ministries, and other local nonprofits dedicated to strengthening families and supporting children in need.
Education

Our employees also dedicate time and resources to support local healthcare initiatives, including fundraising efforts for the Joyce Murtha Breast Cancer Center and other regional healthcare providers that deliver vital services to our neighbors.
