Connect your 1st Summit Bank debit card to a secure app that enables you to manage and monitor all aspects of your debit card in real time. The MyCardRules app puts you in control of how, when, and where your card is used.

 

Set Up the App

  1. MyCardRules app iconDownload the MyCardRules app to your smart phone from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (android phone).
  2. Select NEW USER. (A)App screens downloads
  3. Enter the requested information when prompted – enter your debit card number, the expiration date, the security code, and your username and password.
  4. Set controls and alerts on your debit card.

 

What You Can Do from the MyCardRulesApp:

    • Turn your card on or off (B)
    • Set spending limits based on a certain dollar amount, transaction type, or merchant type
    • Get instant alerts when a card is used or for certain transaction types (like if the card is declined) (C)
    • Choose a specific region where the card can be used or restrict usage based on your mobile device’s location
    • Set parental controls and monitoring
    • Share your card with dependent cardholders. Once they register your card in their app, they can start using it, but only within the limits you set.

 

You control HOW, WHEN, WHERE, and WHO uses your cards for an extra layer of security and peace of mind.

How to Download the MyCardRules App from the App Store™ or Google Play™

Need help figuring out how to download the app? We have easy iPhone and Android instructions for you.

 

iPhone:

  1. Tap the App Store icon on the Home screen of your smartphone (A)infograpic of how to download debit card app from the app store.
  2. Once in the App Store, tap the Apps icon at the bottom (B)
  3. Tap Search and type “MyCardRules”
  4. Scroll until you see the “MyCardRules” icon
  5. Tap the icon
  6. Tap GET IT and the app will be installed on your phone (C)
  7. Tap OPEN to set up the app

 

Android Phone:

  1. Tap the Play Store icon
  2. In the search box, type “MyCardRules” (A)
  3. Find the “MyCardRules” icon and tap it
  4. Tap INSTALL (B)
  5. Click ACCEPT and the app will download
  6. Once the app is installed on your phone, the INSTALL button will change to OPEN (C)
  7. Open the app
